Chuck and Kelly Loftis

Chuck and Kelly Loftis came to Mountain/Plains Region in April 1989 to
serve as youth pastors at Open Bible Christian Center, Rapid City, SD.

Since that time Chuck has planted two churches in our district- Solid Rock Church, Spearfish, SD (1993), Prairie Family Church, Bismarck, ND (1996). He twice served as director of district youth ministries and the appointed member representing the region on the National Board of Directors of OBC, Inc. from 2005-2009. Chuck has also served M/P Region as the director of Dakota, Colorado-New Mexico and Wyoming-Montana districts.

Kelly has enjoyed success as a children's and administrative pastor in Rapid City, SD, Spearfish, SD and Bismarck, ND. With her expertise, wisdom and abilities, she directs the Women’s Ministries and is the Administrative Assistant for Mountain/Plains Region. Her heart beat is to help churches of all sizes and styles maximize their efforts in reaching and discipling women and children.

Chuck and Kelly enjoy time invested with family, their dog Murphy, great coffee, the outdoors and travel.

Lifelong Christians married for 25 years, and having raised two sons, the Loftises bring a wealth of experience to bear as they lead our region and influence our national and international ministry efforts.
